Bridging the Context Gap

Turn the data you already have into intelligence that grows revenue.

Close the gap

Close the gap between your data and your decisions

Every CRM captures activity now. Every vendor ships AI. What separates the teams pulling ahead isn’t more data, more tools, or more agents. It’s context — the ability to turn what they’ve already captured into intelligence their people, and their AI, can trust and act on.

Luminate 2026 is the one day built to help you close that gap: how collected data becomes a context layer, how one layer serves every team and travels into the tools they already use, and how to do it inside the security standards your business already holds its data to.

Opening keynote

Zack KassFormer Head of Go-to-Market, OpenAI

Zack Kass, Former Head of Go-to-Market, OpenAI

Zack Kass built the sales, solutions, and partnerships teams that took OpenAI’s research out of the lab and into the enterprise. Sixteen years in AI, research roles at two universities, and advisory work inside Fortune 1000 boardrooms — Coca-Cola, Morgan Stanley, Amgen among them.

He now works on the question sitting underneath this entire conference: what happens to a business when intelligence stops being scarce. His book The Next Renaissance: AI and the Expansion of Human Potential argues that the cost of thinking is heading toward abundance, and that where human value sits is about to move with it.

At Luminate, Mr. Kass grounds us in the present reality and fears with AI, inspires us with the breakthrough possibilities, and challenges us to close the context gap and transform our business relationships in a way to deepens the human experience and business outcomes.
